Placing an order with SaigonCD is very easy, and safe. Merely locate the item(s) you wish to purchase from out extensive selection and
follow these simple steps:
Shopping Cart:
- 1. Choosing an item: When the desired product is
found, click on the Order button associated with the item. The contents of your shopping
basket will be displayed. This information reveals the quantity, description, stock
availability, per unit cost, and total cost. Don't worry, you haven't committed to
anything. You can remove as many items as you like before processing your order.
- 2. Changing the quantity of a selected item: If
multiple quantities of the same item are desired, you may change the number of items from
the default of one (1) to the appropriate number. Click on the "UPDATE
QUANTITY" button and the total cost for the items will be calculated and displayed
appropriately. If we don't have enough copies of an item, the SHOPPING CART will let you
know.
- 3. Deleting a selected item from the shopping cart: Items
may be removed from the shopping basket by setting the quantity to zero (0) and clicking
on the "UPDATE QUANTITY" button. An item could also be removed from the shopping basket by clicking on the item's "DELETE" button.
- 4. Continue shopping: You may continue shopping by
clicking on the "BACK TO SHOPPING" button. Each time subsequent items are
selected for purchase, by clicking on the associated "Order" button, this shopping
basket page will appear to reveal the total contents and price.
Check Out:
- 5. Go to checkout: Once you have
filled your Shopping Cart, you’re ready to order. In the Shopping Cart page, please
click on the "CHECKOUT NOW" button, and you will arrive at our Customer Options Page. If you
wish to change any of the quantities for these items, click on "VIEW BASKET" at
the top of the web page. The previous page will be displayed, allowing you to change the
quantities of any item in the shopping basket.
- 6. Enter email address and a password: Existing members, simply log
in with your email account and password. New User, we will ask you for a password later.
- 7. Enter personal information: If you are a returning customer, your billing and shipping information is automatically
defaulted according to the information you listed in your SaigonCD account. If you need
to edit this information you can simply override the default values. You must also choose a payment option on this page. Click on the "CONTINUE" button to proceed with the checkout.
- 8. Enter credit card information: A page will be displayed which details the
information specific to this order. Verify that the items and quantities are
on your order. If not refer to step 2-3 above. Your need to enter your credit card information, if you have chosen "ONLINE CREDIT CARD" as the payment option in step 7. If you have chosen fax as the payment option, you must save and print this page for your records and fax it, along with your credit card and Order ID (sent to you via email) to us. If purchasing by money order, cashiers check and personal or company check you must
mail a printed copy of this page, along with the payment and Order ID (sent to you via email), to SaigonCD.com.
- 9. Click on 'Process Order Now' button: Upon clicking this button, your order, assuming that all information has been entered correctly, will be processed. SaigonCD will send you an invoice via email itemizing your order. If you have chosen fax or personal checks as a payment option, we will process your order upon receiving your fax or personal check and an Order ID (sent to you via email). Mailing or faxing
instructions are provided in the email. Please note: we do not include sensitive personal information in this email. If you
place your order by 4:00 p.m. EST Mon - Fri, and the product is in stock, your order will
be shipped out that day. SaigonCD.com does not ship products or make deliveries
on Saturday or Sunday. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for back ordered items to be
shipped.

What types of credit cards does SaigonCD.com accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover credit cards. As mentioned in our Safe & Secured Pledge, the
transferring of your credit card information is safely handled by our secure server.
You also have the option of faxing us your credit card information to (877) 547-5789. We
will need the following information on the fax transmittal:
Your name as it appears on the credit card, Your Order ID number (included in an email we sent you), Your credit card number, and credit card expiration date.
Please note, we will not process any orders faxed or emailed to us which does not include an Order ID number we sent to you via email. While
visiting our website, you must complete the order and specify the method of payment
(choose option "via fax") , and then fax us your credit card information, along with the invoice number sent to you via email. We
will then process your order.
Does SaigonCD accept checks or COD (Cash-On-Delivery)?
We accept checks if they are out to SaigonCD. We currently do not accept COD.

What is SaigonCD.com's Pricing Policy?
We at SaigonCD are committed to
bringing you the lowest possible prices on the products we sell. Typically, we sell products at wholesale prices. Your credit card will not
be charged until your order is shipped. As a result, if the price of a product is lower at
the time of shipping than it was when you placed the order, we will give you the lower
price.
How would a customer know if a merchandise is available?
The availability of a product depends on several factors including allotment from our
suppliers and the demand for the product. The availability of each product is noted on the
description page for the item. Below is a list of terms defining availability status.
Usually Ships Within 24 Hours: This product is in good supply in our main distribution center and is available for
immediate shipping. Expect your order for this product to be processed within 24 hours.
After an order is processed, the time of delivery is determined by the shipping method. In-Stock: This product is in good supply at our suppliers'
warehouse. An order for this product usually gets processed within two days. Low Supply: This product is in short supply. We cannot
guarantee that this product will be available when you place your order. However, your
order will be processed as we receive more products from our vendors. After an order is
processed, the time of delivery is determined by the shipping
method. Special Order: This product is not currently in stock, but
we can search our network of stores and vendors to find it for you. Due to the limited
availability of these products, it may take 1 to 3 weeks to process your order. If we
cannot find the product for you in 30 days, your order will be canceled and you will be
notified via e-mail. After an order is processed, the time of delivery is determined by
the shipping method.

When is the order processed?
We process orders 7 days a week. Within 24 hours of your placing an
order, we either ship it, or place it on Backorder. Most of our orders are ready to be
shipped within 24 hours of order placement. NOTE: US Mail, UPS, and other overnight and
second-day shippers do not pick up our shipments on Sundays. If we process your order on
Sunday, it will be shipped to you first thing on Monday morning. If all the items in your
order are available, we will ship your order and change its status to "Shipped to
Customer."
How would a customer know if an order has been received?
You must enter an email address when you order. Within minutes of of your placing an
order, you should receive a confirmation email containing your invoice number and listing
of the items you purchased. Please keep this email handy, as it may help you track your
order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order right away. We also offer
online tracking of the status of your orders, past and present.
Can an order be changed after it
has been entered?
Because your order is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping, we
cannot change orders after you have submitted them. If you'd like to order additional
items, you can create a new order.
When will the customer receive
the shipment?
As described above, orders are processed immediately, so if your selections are in
stock, they'll be shipped within 24 hours of processing. Please read a section below for
our policy on items which are out of stock or are backordered. They will be shipped as
soon as they become available, and we will email you to let you know they're on their way!
What does a
"backordered" order mean?
Occasionally, a music item in your order may not be immediately available. In this
case, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of this, and with your permission,
we will place this portion of your order on backorder. We may ship that part of your order
which is available to you immediately. We have an extensive network of sources we use with
backorders. Most backorders are filled within 4 weeks. Of course, you will have the option
to cancel the backordered item. After 30 days, your backordered item is automatically
cancelled. SaigonCD will never charge you for a music selection until
it has been shipped.
